Commercial Electronic Message Consent

Within the scope of Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce and the relevant legislation, I consent to the sending of commercial electronic messages to me by Maksimum Insurance Brokerage Services (Sigortav) as set out below.

1. Scope of Consent

I consent to being contacted via channels such as SMS, e-mail and telephone regarding insurance products, offers, campaigns, information and reminders.

2. Data Used

I acknowledge that the contact information I provide (phone, e-mail) will be used for the purpose of sending the commercial electronic messages described above.

3. Right to Opt Out

I acknowledge that I may refuse to receive commercial electronic messages at any time, free of charge, by contacting bilgi@sigortav.com or by using the opt-out method provided within the message.

4. Effective Date

This consent is effective from the date it is given and remains valid until withdrawn.
