Explicit Consent

Within the scope of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698, I declare that I give my explicit consent to Maksimum Insurance Brokerage Services (Sigortav) regarding the processing of my personal data as set out below.

1. Processing of Personal Data

I consent to the processing of the personal data I provide through the quote form (name, surname, ID/passport number, date of birth, contact details and information regarding the requested insurance product) for the purposes of preparing an insurance quote, evaluating my request and contacting me.

2. Special Category Personal Data

For products requiring health, life or other special category data, I consent to the processing of my special category personal data solely for the purpose of preparing the relevant insurance quote.

3. Transfer

I consent to the transfer of my personal data, to the extent required by the quotation process, to contracted insurance and pension companies, relevant service providers and legally authorized institutions.

4. Commercial Electronic Messages

I consent to being contacted via commercial electronic messages (SMS, e-mail, telephone) regarding insurance offers, campaigns and information.

5. Right to Withdraw

I acknowledge that I may withdraw my explicit consent at any time by contacting bilgi@sigortav.com, and that the withdrawal will not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
